Part was removed from working machine. It came from the same machine as one pictured. Rough handling from the shipper, wrong version for your machine, switch setting or parameters not set correctly tonearm a few, which are all out of my control. If for some reason it doesn work you that does not constitute notes described, as there could be many reasons.
